INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGES

Our challenges are inspired by the 365/24/7 impact of autism on individuals and families. Choose the challenge that speaks to you:

365 Challenge – Paddle 365 km over the month of May. A test of endurance, this challenge symbolizes the daily reality of autism and the unwavering support families provide.

24 Challenge – Paddle for a total of 24 hours throughout May. Break it up however you like—whether it’s an hour a day or longer weekend paddles, this challenge represents the round-the-clock dedication of caregivers and advocates.

7 Challenge – Paddle any distance for 7 consecutive days at any point in May. A great way to build momentum and raise awareness throughout the week!

Choose Your Own Adventure – Make it personal! Set a challenge that aligns with your goals and abilities—whether it’s a distance goal, a sunrise-to-sunset paddle, or something completely unique.

Whatever you choose, every stroke makes a difference!
